Yes if you are a quarterly member your 3rd month is only $5.00!!!
Quarters are as follows (Jan-Mar; Apr-June; July-Sept; Oct-Dec)

You can sign up quarterly for only $75 and be guaranteed a spot.
Or you can sign up monthly on a 1st come basis for $35.
