Krafts enable children to learn through self expression and by creating a space to enable confidence in themselves and their creativity. REGISTRATION: $ 28.00 a week (Wednesday) ~or~ pay for 4 weeks at a time for only $100.00 (That’s a $12 savings) Bring a friend to sign up with you AND both of you receive a FREE GIFT!   INCLUDES: ALL MATERIALS FOR YOUR COMPLETED PROJECT SPECIAL GIVE-AWAYS  SNACKS AND JUICE   These classes are not only fun & creative but in these classes the kid's will be introduced to many artistic outlets allowing them to show their creative side and to learn through self expression. Each class we will provide your children with the materials & instruction they need to complete their project.  Then they will be free to try out t heir own ideas as they continue to create & be inspired. June Challenge

June Challenge 2013

 

Every month we will be posting a challenge on our Facebook, Blog, in our newsletter etc. The Challenge will be the same, you can just access it from all outlets! The challenge will be both a product and sketch challenge. We will provide you with a sketch and a line that your layout (or project) must be completed from. The layout must be 80% of that product line, so yes, you can add more of your own embellishments and touches! Every month our design team will provide you with samples and ideas to get those creative juices going. (They WILL NOT actually be in the challenge) With that said the challenge and prizes are available to ANYONE except store employees and immediate families of store employees! Yes, that means you can even be from out of town!

All you have to do is complete the challenge and turn it in to us by the deadline and we will announce the winners!

Our winners are picked by a blind panel of judges that consist of Manufacturers, Designers, and Reps!

***Note that our Challenge themes are always a month behind.
We intend that for you to finish your project from start to finish.

I absolutely LOVE being a Grandma (Dr’Amma) and now with a newborn AND a 3 year old I am in Dr’Amma Heaven! I've been enjoying every minute of every day with Aedan & Veronica.  They grow up so fast.  I am so very blessed that both of my kids live in Roswell.   I cannot imagine not having them close by.  (If you ask them, maybe even to close) Aedan has been such a good big brother.  He has been “reading” his books to Veronica and showing her all his trucks and trains.  It is so precious to see him with her, it makes my heart melt. (Ok, I admit they could do anything and make my heart melt).    I have been taking so many photos of my 2 grandbabies; I have been finding creative ways to try and to display some of my favorites. June brings many exciting things; outdoor festivals, music, bbq, family reunions, vacations, going to all the wonderful parks & lakes, and people just relaxing at home. With all the fun and exciting things happening this summer, it is known that Scrap bookers take many, many more pictures than we can easily display on our scrapbook pages and in our albums.  The IT Guys & Gals are creating fun ways to decorate our homes & offices with photo displays. By creating fun and creative displays allows us to not only use more of our pictures but also to display them where friends and family can enjoy them every day.  I am working on a fun project showcasing pictures of Aedan & Veronica by using 2 inch wood blocks.   I really enjoy this time of year because I can really get some great outdoor photos, and not have to worry about blurry images, shadows, etc.  Today, almost everyone owns at least one camera.  Do you know what the difference is between a good photographer and a great one?  You guessed it….. It’s light!  To get good photos the photographer must know how to compose an image.  Sometime understanding the right light for indoor photos can get a bit overwhelming, but by taking your shots outdoors virtually eliminates any guesswork. And you will most always get some stunning results. Don’t forget all those precious Graduation, Mother’s Day & Father’s Day photos we can put on a canvas for you.  It is very simple, just send us your favorite jpeg, we send it off and in just a few days (maybe even a week) you will have a beautiful canvas wall hanging.  Stop by or call the store for more details.   June at a Glance Back to top Make sure you check out our Specials and Classes! Well my birthday was May 30th and I am another year older! Besides the fact that I am creeping up on 30, I had a fantastic day. I have so much to be thankful for and I am blessed in more ways than I could ever count. This year, my birthday was even more special, because Veronica had her 1 Month birthday! As a child, I never understood it when parents used say how fast kids grow up. To me it seemed like forever between birthdays! Now it seems like just yesterday I had Aedan, and he is 3, let alone enough time has gone by that Veronica is here! It has been so much fun with Veronica, it is crazy how different it is having a little girl and a spring baby. I do have to admit though, some of my favorite times have been watching Aedan interact with her. When he is around she is all smiles and coos. She knows her big brother and you can see the love they have! Well with a little girl comes all the girly scrapping! Oh how I love (even more) the flowers, bling, doilies and all things girl!
